Yuri Ushakov
Yuri Ushakov is a Russian diplomat who has long served as aide to the president of the Russian Federation for foreign policy matters. Before joining the Kremlin he was Russia's ambassador to the United States. He is responsible for coordinating the president's international contacts and for preparing and conducting his meetings with foreign delegations.
