Serhiy Kyslytsya
Serhiy Kyslytsya is a Ukrainian diplomat who serves as First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. He previously served as Ukraine's Permanent Representative to the United Nations in New York, a role in which he became a prominent voice condemning Russian aggression. After Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022, he took on a senior role in Ukraine's Foreign Ministry and continues to be involved in diplomatic negotiations and international outreach.

Zelensky meets US envoys Witkoff and Kushner in Kyiv a day after their Moscow talks with Putin
President Volodymyr Zelensky held consultations with Ukraine's negotiating team before meeting US special envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner in Kyiv on September 6. The visit came a day after the envoys' more than three-hour meeting with Vladimir Putin in Moscow and was their first trip to Ukraine in their current role mediating an end to the war. National security advisers from the UK, France and Germany were also in Kyiv.
