Richard Blumenthal
Richard Blumenthal is an American Democratic politician who has served as a United States Senator from Connecticut since 2011. Before joining the Senate, he spent more than three decades as Attorney General of Connecticut. In the Senate he is known for his hawkish stance on Russia and his involvement in sanctions legislation.
