NATO's top Europe commander urges allies to boost Ukraine aid as response to Russian hybrid attacks
Speaking at the Warsaw Security Forum on 11 October, NATO's Supreme Allied Commander Europe, U.S. Air Force General Alexus Grinkevich, called on European allies to increase support for Ukraine as Russian hybrid operations against Europe intensify. He cited Denmark and Germany as countries that scaled up aid after being targeted, and said NATO leaves such response decisions to individual member states. In Poland he is separately presenting a 'Theory of Victory' plan for rapidly defeating Russia if it invades NATO territory.
