Ukraine sanctions 10 companies, 19 Russians over Rassvet satellite project and 39 shadow-fleet vessels
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed two decrees imposing Ukrainian sanctions on 10 companies and 19 Russian citizens linked to the Rassvet low-orbit satellite communications project, as well as on 39 vessels from Russia’s shadow fleet. Ukraine says the measures target supply chains needed to develop a military communications network and restrict energy exports.
