Drones struck the Saratov oil refinery and an OZON logistics hub in Russia's Saratov Oblast overnight on September 11, triggering fires at both sites. Saratov Oblast Governor Roman Busargin announced a drone threat around 02:00 local time, and explosions were also reported in Engels. OZON said workers were evacuated with no initial casualties.
