Average Ukrainian farmland price rises to 70,199 hryvnias per hectare in 2026
Ukraine sold 85,852 agricultural land plots covering 233,045.1 hectares in 2026, at an average price of 70,199 hryvnias per hectare. The Economy Ministry said the annual growth in transaction numbers and area has stopped, although overall market activity has not declined. Legal entities paid substantially more per hectare than individuals.
