OPEC+
OPEC+ is an arrangement between the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and a group of major non-OPEC oil producers, most notably Russia, Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates. The agreement was reached in 2016 to coordinate oil production and stabilise global crude prices. Members regularly negotiate production quotas, periodically cutting or raising output in response to market conditions.
