Kyiv City Military Administration
The Kyiv City Military Administration is the executive body governing Kyiv under martial law, replacing the city council and its executive committee. It is headed by a chief appointed by the President of Ukraine. The administration coordinates the city's defence, municipal services and humanitarian response, and routinely reports on the consequences of Russian strikes on civilian infrastructure.

Russian drone strike hits Kyiv residential building, injuring at least two
Russian strike drones attacked Kyiv overnight on 11 September, igniting a fire in a nine-story residential building in the Dnipro district and injuring at least two people. Ukraine's Air Force had warned of jet-type drones heading toward the capital before the attack.
