International Court of Justice
The International Court of Justice is the principal judicial organ of the United Nations, settling disputes between states under international law. Seated at the Peace Palace in The Hague, Netherlands, it operates under the UN Charter and also issues advisory opinions on legal questions referred by the General Assembly and other UN organs.
