Ilysky oil refinery
The Ilysky oil refinery is a crude oil processing plant located in the settlement of Ilysky in Krasnodar Krai, southern Russia. It is part of the Kuban Oil Products group and is one of the smaller refineries in southern Russia. Since the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, the facility has been struck multiple times by Ukrainian forces due to its role in supplying fuel to the Russian military.

Ukrainian forces strike Russian missile-component plant, oil refinery, and air defense assets
On the night of September 25–26, 2026, Ukraine's Defense Forces, including the SBU's Alpha Special Operations Center and the Ukrainian Navy, struck the Azov Optical-Mechanical Plant in Rostov Oblast and the Ilysky oil refinery in Krasnodar Krai, along with a Pantsir-S2 air defense system, an ammunition depot, and a P-18 Terek radar. Ukrainian-made Neptune cruise missiles and Ruta, Palyanytsya, and Bars jet drone-missiles were used in the strike on the Azov plant, a key supplier of components for Russian guided weapons.
