Ilysky Oil Refinery
The Ilysky Oil Refinery is a petroleum refinery located in the settlement of Ilysky in Krasnodar Krai, Russia. It is one of the larger refineries in southern Russia and processes crude oil into fuel products. The facility has repeatedly appeared in reporting about strikes on Russian energy infrastructure during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Ukrainian forces strike Russian missile-component plant, oil refinery, and air defense assets
On the night of September 25–26, 2026, Ukraine's Defense Forces, including the SBU's Alpha Special Operations Center and the Ukrainian Navy, struck the Azov Optical-Mechanical Plant in Rostov Oblast and the Ilysky oil refinery in Krasnodar Krai, along with a Pantsir-S2 air defense system, an ammunition depot, and a P-18 Terek radar. Ukrainian-made Neptune cruise missiles and Ruta, Palyanytsya, and Bars jet drone-missiles were used in the strike on the Azov plant, a key supplier of components for Russian guided weapons.
