Geran-5

The Geran-5 (also written Geranium-5) is a Russian-produced long-range one-way attack drone, locally manufactured version of the Iranian-designed Shahed-136. It is produced at facilities in Russia, notably the Alabuga special economic zone in Tatarstan. The airframe and combat profile remain close to its predecessor the Geran-2, which itself is the Russian designation for the Shahed-136, but with extended range and improved navigation. It has been used extensively in strikes against Ukraine.
