Norwegian PM says drone nearly hit Zelensky's plane during takeoff from Moldova
Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre said on September 9 that a drone nearly struck President Volodymyr Zelensky's plane as it took off from Moldova en route to Oslo on September 8. Zelensky was traveling to Norway for the funeral of King Harald V. Støre provided no further details on how close the drone came or its source, and the Ukrainian President's Office later called claims that Zelensky was in danger "exaggerated."
