Russia strikes Ukrainian energy infrastructure, causing outages in ten oblasts
On the night and morning of October 19, Russia attacked Ukrainian energy facilities with drones and missiles, hitting 28 substations and other infrastructure objects and triggering new power outages across ten oblasts.
