Russian missile strikes on Kharkiv kill four and injure dozens across two districts
Russian forces struck the Kholodhnirskyi and Shevchenkivskyi districts of Kharkiv on the evening of 12 October using "Banderol"-type munitions. At least four civilians died in the rubble of a residential building, a 19-year-old was hospitalized in burn intensive care, and a rescue worker was seriously injured when a concrete slab fell on him. Search-and-rescue operations continued into the morning of 13 October, with officials warning that another person may still be trapped under the debris.
