Ukraine anti-corruption agency detains former SBU general in “Carthage” operation
Ukrainian anti-corruption investigators detained former SBU General Serhii Duka and other suspects in a large operation targeting an alleged criminal network involving senior law-enforcement officials and organized crime. More than 70 searches were conducted, five suspects were notified of suspicion, and the High Anti-Corruption Court imposed preventive measures on several defendants.
