Volodymyr Saldo
Volodymyr Saldo is a Ukrainian politician who served as mayor of Kherson. After Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine he aligned with the occupying authorities and was appointed by Russia to head the so-called Kherson Oblast military administration. He has been linked to the administration of Russian-occupied territory on the left bank of the Kherson region.
