Vadim Filashkin
Vadim Filashkin is a Ukrainian public official who heads the Donetsk Oblast Military Administration. He was appointed to lead the regional administration in 2023. He is responsible for civilian governance and humanitarian policy in the parts of Donetsk Oblast under Ukrainian control, including the organisation of mandatory evacuations from frontline areas.
