European Commission Proposes €45 Billion for Ukraine in 2027
The European Commission has proposed allocating €45 billion to Ukraine in 2027 under the EU’s €90 billion loan programme. Of the proposed amount, €31.7 billion would support defence-industrial capacity and €13.3 billion would provide budget support. EU member states must review the proposal before the funds can be disbursed.
