Finland’s president Alexander Stubb and Norway’s prime minister Jonas Gahr Støre told President Volodymyr Zelensky that Russia appeared serious about joining the planned Ukraine-US-Russia technical meeting in Abu Dhabi. Zelensky said the meeting’s timing still depended on the United States, whose attention was focused on the Middle East.
