Serhiy Pinchuk
Serhiy Pinchuk is a Russian admiral who served as commander of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation. In that role he directed the fleet's operations during Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Ukrainian authorities have announced suspicions against him in connection with strikes on civilian infrastructure.
