Zelenskyy says partners did not warn Ukraine before ballistic strike on Kyiv
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on 13 October that Ukraine's partners did not provide advance warning of Russia's ballistic missile strike on Kyiv on the evening of 12 October, in which five missiles hit civilian infrastructure. He also said Ukraine had refrained from striking Russian oil and energy facilities for two days after US President Donald Trump declared an "energy ceasefire," while Russian strikes on Ukrainian regions continued. Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha said intelligence sharing with the United States is ongoing.
