Serhiy Lysak
Serhiy Lisak is a Ukrainian public official who heads the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Military Administration. He previously held senior positions within the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. As the regional governor, he oversees civilian protection, infrastructure recovery and humanitarian coordination in the oblast during the ongoing Russian invasion.
