Zelensky moves to dismiss Prosecutor General Kravchenko after he signs suspicion against NABU director and leaves Ukraine
Ukrainian Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko, who had already submitted his resignation on 7 September, said on the morning of 14 September in a video address that he had signed a notice of suspicion against NABU director Semen Kryvonos and against a person close to SAPO head Oleksandr Klymenko. President Volodymyr Zelensky submitted a motion to parliament to dismiss Kravchenko and publicly called for MPs to support his removal immediately. Kravchenko later confirmed he had left Ukraine on a foreign business trip; sources in law enforcement told Ukrainska Pravda he crossed the border at around 02:30 on 14 September in an official vehicle. The Verkhovna Rada is scheduled to vote on the dismissal on 15 September.
