Ukraine received no partner warning for first wave of ballistic strikes on night of 14 October, Air Force says
On the night of 14 October, Russia struck Ukraine with 39 ballistic-trajectory missiles and 128 drones, with the main impact on Kyiv, Kyiv Oblast, and Kharkiv Oblast. The spokesperson of Ukraine's Air Force, Colonel Yuriy Ignat, said Ukraine received no partner intelligence warning about the first wave of ballistic strikes but was warned about the three subsequent waves. The Office of the President said there was no partner warning and that the military was investigating.
