SpaceX imposes speed cap on Starlink military terminals in Ukraine without warning
On the night of 13–14 October, SpaceX unilaterally restricted the speed of its Starshield military Starlink terminals used by Ukraine's Defence Forces. Set at 100 mph (~160 km/h), the cap disrupted several drone missions on the front line and was confirmed by the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence and a presidential adviser. SpaceX has not publicly explained the move.
