Ruslan Stefanchuk
Ruslan Stefanchuk is a Ukrainian politician and lawyer who serves as Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada (Ukrainian Parliament). He is a member of the Servant of the People party and previously served as First Deputy Chairman of the Rada. He holds a doctorate in law, with an academic background in civil law.

Japan's House Speaker Eisuke Mori arrives in Ukraine on first visit
Speaker of the Japanese House of Representatives Eisuke Mori arrived in Ukraine on September 14 for his first trip to the country. Verkhovna Rada Chairman Ruslan Stefanchuk greeted him at a Kyiv railway station. Stefanchuk said the visit gives Mori a chance to see the consequences of the Russian war and to learn about Ukraine's needs directly.
