Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in Istanbul on October 31 to discuss Ukraine's security, bilateral cooperation, Black Sea shipping and efforts to restart negotiations with Russia. The leaders agreed to work toward a more effective Black Sea grain corridor and explored formats for trilateral talks involving Ukraine, the United States and Russia.
