President Zelensky
Volodymyr Zelenskyy is a Ukrainian politician and the incumbent president of Ukraine, having taken office in 2019. Before entering politics he was known as an actor, screenwriter and producer, notably starring in the television series "Servant of the People," which led to his founding of the political party of the same name. He won the 2019 presidential election in a landslide and was re-elected in 2024. His presidency has been defined by Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine beginning in 2022, during which he has led international diplomatic efforts, advocated for military aid from Western partners, and pushed for stronger sanctions against Russia.
