South Korea rejects Ukraine's apology over disclosure of North Korean POW transfer as insufficient
South Korea's Foreign Minister Cho Hyun said on 6 October that Ukraine's apology for disclosing the transfer of two North Korean prisoners of war did not meet Seoul's expectations, escalating a diplomatic dispute over an alleged confidentiality agreement. Kyiv denies any such agreement existed. Seoul is weighing response options, including the possible recall of its ambassador to Ukraine.
