Олександр Прокудін
Oleksandr Prokudin is a Ukrainian official serving as head of the Kherson Oblast Military Administration, appointed in 2022. He previously worked in law enforcement. He is responsible for civilian governance of Kherson Oblast during the full-scale Russian invasion.

Russian drone strikes Kherson transport stop, marshrutka and surrounding areas; multiple civilians injured
On September 4, a Russian drone struck a public transport stop and a marshrutka (route taxi) in the Central district of Kherson, injuring several civilians. Preliminary information from Kherson OVA head Oleksandr Prokudin indicated possible civilian deaths, with figures still being clarified. Additional Russian drone and shelling attacks across Kherson hromada, Beryslav and Darivska communities injured several other residents over the same period.
