Clashes outside National Guard deployment site in Kyiv region leave four hospitalized
A confrontation broke out outside a temporary National Guard deployment site in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka, Kyiv Oblast, on November 2 after unverified online claims of unlawful detention and torture drew a crowd to the building. Four servicemen were hospitalized, shots were fired, and police vehicles and a National Guard bus were damaged.
