Commercial vessel Khoryv sinks off Romania after suspected drone strike
The Comoros-flagged commercial vessel Khoryv sank in the Black Sea on 23 October, about 24 km from Constanta and outside Romania's territorial waters. Romanian rescuers recovered nine crew members alive and one body, while three people remained missing. Romanian and European officials attributed the suspected attack to Russia and called it a threat to navigation and international law.
