Mikhail Koudelka
Milan Koudelka is a Czech army general who has served as Director of the Security Information Service (BIS), the civilian counterintelligence agency of the Czech Republic, since 2016. He joined BIS in 1995 and held senior posts within the service before his appointment as director.
