Mikhail Khodorkovsky
Mikhail Khodorkovsky is a Russian businessman and former oligarch who founded the oil company Yukos. He was arrested in 2003 on charges of tax evasion and fraud, spent roughly a decade in Russian prisons, and was pardoned in 2013. Since his release he has lived abroad and has been active in opposition and civil-society work.
