Ukraine, Russia and the US to resume trilateral talks in Abu Dhabi
Ukraine, Russia and the United States will hold a working-level trilateral round in Abu Dhabi on 10–11 November, the first such meeting since February. The agenda includes de-escalation, Black Sea and energy arrangements, prisoner releases, the return of Ukrainian children and preparations for a possible leaders’ summit. European partners are separately discussing a postwar security framework and Ukraine’s security guarantees.
