Belarusian opposition leader Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya told Ukrinform at the UN General Assembly in New York that Alyaksandr Lukashenko is prepared to keep providing Vladimir Putin with Belarusian territory and infrastructure for attacks on Ukraine from the northern border.
