Netherlands Announces €1.2 Billion Non-Military Aid Package for Ukraine
The Dutch government has committed €1.2 billion in non-military assistance to Ukraine over the next three years. The package prioritizes energy and water infrastructure, reconstruction, support for businesses, and Dutch companies operating in Ukraine. It was announced in Kyiv on October 28 by Dutch Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation Minister S’erd S’erd sma.
