Ukraine, Russia and US to hold first trilateral talks since February in Abu Dhabi
Ukraine, Russia and the United States will hold working-level trilateral talks in Abu Dhabi on 10–11 November, the first such round since February. The agenda is expected to include de-escalation in energy and maritime domains, prisoner exchanges, the return of Ukrainian children and the possible format of a leaders’ summit. The United States will mediate the talks.
