Khoryv sinks in Black Sea after reported drone strike; one seafarer dead and three missing
The commercial vessel Khoryv sank in the Black Sea on 23 October, about 24 kilometres from Constanta, Romania, outside Romanian territorial waters. Romanian officials said the vessel was hit by a drone, while the cause of the fire had not yet been confirmed. Rescuers recovered nine crew members alive and one body; three remained missing.
