Herman Galushchenko
Herman Galushchenko is a Ukrainian lawyer and public official who served as Minister of Energy of Ukraine from 2021 to 2025. Before entering government, he worked as a legal adviser in Ukraine's energy sector, including at the state-owned nuclear power company Energoatom. As minister, he was responsible for shaping energy policy during a period marked by Russian attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure.
