Ukraine and EU discuss oversight of €90 billion support loan and defence procurement reforms
Ukraine's Defence Ministry and the European Commission discussed verification and control of Ukraine Support Loan funds, Ukraine's defence-financing priorities for 2027, and closer defence-industrial cooperation. The talks also covered procurement reforms, the EU-Ukraine Defence Industry Pact, the Drone Deal initiative, and potential joint ventures.
