Local ceasefire enables aid delivery and evacuation preparations in occupied Oleshky
A temporary ceasefire covering Oleshky and other areas of Kherson region enabled a humanitarian mission to deliver aid, clear mined routes and prepare civilian evacuations. The pause began at 03:00 Kyiv time on October 27 and was scheduled to run until 22:59 on November 1. Ukrainian officials reported no violations during the first 54 hours, while mine clearance was still under way on October 30.
