Édouard Philippe
Édouard Philippe is a French politician, mayor of Le Havre and leader of the Horizons party. He served as Prime Minister of France from 2017 to 2020 under President Emmanuel Macron. Since leaving office he has remained an influential figure within the presidential majority and is widely regarded as a potential candidate in future presidential elections.
