Pentagon inspector general rejects Senate request to investigate Starlink disruptions in Ukraine
The Pentagon inspector general declined a bipartisan request from nine US senators to investigate disruptions to Starlink and Starshield services in Ukraine, referring the matter to the US Air Force. Ukrainian officials say the speed restrictions hindered efforts to intercept fast Russian attack drones. The inspector general’s office said the decision could be reconsidered if new information emerges.
