Civilians from the occupied city of Oleshky in Kherson region were evacuated through Russia and Belarus after a locally mediated humanitarian operation opened a safe corridor and delivered aid. Four aircraft carrying evacuees and the Ukrainian delegation arrived in Gomel on October 31, after which they travelled by bus through the Nova Huta checkpoint into Chernihiv region.
