Trump-Zelensky clash threatens US support for Ukraine over energy strikes and Starlink
A dispute between US President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is threatening key US support for Ukraine, including intelligence sharing, weapons supplies, and Starlink/Starshield satellite services. Trump has criticized Zelensky over energy prices and Ukrainian attacks on Russian oil refineries, while Zelensky has refused to halt strikes on Russian energy facilities and accused the US of tilting toward Moscow. Reports indicate the US may limit intelligence sharing and weapons deliveries, and has exempted Russian exports from key sanctions and tariffs shortly before they were to take effect.
