Ukraine May Consider Online Voting for Military Personnel
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on November 5 that Ukraine may consider online elections to enable service members to vote. The proposal requires decisions by the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine’s parliament, and comes as front-line soldiers reportedly oppose elections that cannot be organized in trenches.
