Investigation: Russia-linked recruitment network uses Meta and Google tech to recruit foreigners for war against Ukraine
A Politico investigation based on a Code for Africa report found that Russia-linked mercenary recruitment operations use Western advertising, AI, and hosting technologies from companies including Meta and Google to recruit foreigners for the war against Ukraine.
